We use Resend (resend.com) as our email service provider to send newsletter and transactional emails. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for the purpose of delivering emails on our behalf. Resend acts as a data processor under our instructions and is contractually bound to use your data only for this purpose.

Resend is based in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection, for example by relying on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Your Rights

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to:

• Unsubscribe: You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.

Data Retention

We retain your email address and subscription data for as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter. When you unsubscribe, all your personal data — including your email address, IP address, and consent record — is immediately and permanently deleted from our systems. If you wish to re-subscribe in the future, you may do so at any time.

Cookies and Tracking

The newsletter signup page itself does not use cookies for tracking or analytics beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the page. However, our email service provider may use privacy-friendly tracking to measure email delivery and basic engagement (such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked).

Where such tracking is not strictly necessary, it is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter.
